Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Senior Data Analyst / Tech Lead with over 5 years of proven expertise in analytics and technology leadership, also preferably within the E-commerce domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and lead the entire technology and analytics function, while driving innovation, efficiency, and business impact. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Apps, and advanced Excel, along with strong leadership, client-handling, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• creation of dynamics data scrappers, webcrawleds, auto bots, automation of process and data analytics.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Power BI dashboards by integrating data from diverse sources including Python, SQL Server, and other platforms.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes, including MIS reports, using advanced Excel techniques to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Oversee the publication, scheduling, and secure sharing of Power BI reports for internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical and analytical solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data processes including cleaning, modeling, KPI definition, and delivery of actionable insights.
• Provide leadership for IT administration, software development, product development, and automation initiatives such as bots and data scrapers.
• Drive technical innovation and ensure best practices in analytics and data management are implemented across the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding analytics and technical deliverables.
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and systems to support evolving business needs.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Power BI for dashboard development, visualization, and advanced reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, and Power Apps.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including automation and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to clean, transform, and model complex datasets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and clients at all levels.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry-specific KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and analytics best practices.
• Design, develop, and manage advanced bots and automation tools to streamline internal processes.
• Research, implement, and innovate new technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable the firm to deliver more effective and seamless services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, with leadership responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the E-commerce domain is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a technology/analytics department and deliver measurable business outcomes.
