Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

Job Description:

Humare office mein ek dedicated aur reliable Office Boy/Peon ki zarurat hai. Ideal candidate ko office ke daily operations ko smoothly chalane mein help karni hogi, jaise cleaning, staff ki madad karna, aur administrative tasks mein support dena.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Sweeping: Office ke floors, desks aur common areas ko regular sweep, mop aur dusting karke clean aur hygienic rakhna.

Pantry Management: Employees aur visitors ke liye tea, coffee aur snacks prepare aur serve karna. Pantry mein necessary supplies (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.) ka stock maintain karna.

Office Maintenance: Office equipment ko proper condition mein rakhna aur koi issue ho toh supervisor ko report karna. Office furniture aur supplies ka organization aur maintenance karna.

Courier Management: Incoming aur outgoing mail aur couriers ko manage karna.

Office Assistance: Basic administrative tasks jaise photocopying, filing aur documents organize karna.

Visitor Management: Guests/visitors ka greet karna aur unki madad karna.

Support Staff: Office ke liye errands run karna, jaise office supplies kharidna, local business errands karna.

Other Duties: Jo bhi extra tasks management assign kare, unhe complete karna jo office ka smooth functioning ensure kare.
