Job Title: Videographer

Department: Marketing & Communications

Location: Pune ADYPU, AMBI, HO, VARALE

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Creative Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer to capture, edit, and produce

engaging video content that highlights campus life, academic excellence, events, and the

vibrant student community. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, technical

expertise, and a keen eye for storytelling to enhance our brand presence across digital

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Capture high-quality videos of college events, seminars, cultural fests, and student

activities.


• Create promotional and marketing videos for admissions, academic programs, and

social media campaigns.


• Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to conceptualize video ideas

aligned with institutional goals.


• Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos with music, graphics, and

voiceovers.


• Manage all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, framing, and post-

production.


• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring its in good working condition.


• Handle live streaming or video coverage for institutional events as required.


• Stay updated with current video trends and suggest innovative formats to improve

content reach.

Required Skills & Competencies:


• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After

Effects, etc.)


• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording.


• Creative storytelling and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Good communication and collaboration skills.


• Knowledge of social media content formats and engagement techniques.

Qualification & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Communication, or related

field (preferred).


• 1–3 years of experience in videography, preferably in education, media, or creative

production.


• A strong portfolio showcasing previous video work.

Work Environment:


• Dynamic campus setting with frequent opportunities to cover live events.


• Occasional weekend or evening shoots during events or special projects.
