About Us:

We are — an education innovation studio. We are developing an education product prototype
that we aim to refine via user feedback before entering a wider launch.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced consumer insights researcher
(or small agency) to lead a qualitative study of our education product prototype. The goal is to understand:

  • How users engage with the product and what motivates or limits adoption
  • Key pain-points and unmet needs it addresses (or fails to)
  • Perceived value and pricing sensitivity
  • Overall fit with intended user groups

The study should deliver
actionable insights
that inform product iteration (Version 2), audience segmentation, and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our team to define the research plan: objectives, scope, user segments/stakeholders, timelines.
  • Help identify and recruit a mix of users/stakeholders across our target groups (we will provide support and contacts) and incentivise participation as needed.
  • Design and execute qualitative research — in-depth interviews, focus groups, or usage walkthroughs.
  • Synthesise findings into key themes: motivations, barriers, drivers of usage, and perceptions of value and price.
  • Develop clear, insight-driven recommendations that can shape product design, communication, and market fit.
  • Present findings (virtually or in-person) and co-create next-step priorities

Profile / Requirements:

·      Proven experience in consumer or brand insights

qualitative research
, or
innovation consulting
— ideally with early-stage or education-sector products.

·      Skilled in qualitative methods: depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographic or observational research, and thematic analysis.

·      Ability to turn user feedback into
business and product recommendations
with clear implications.

·      Familiarity with the education or learning space is a plus.

·      Able to deliver independently under a defined timeline; pan-India candidates welcome (Delhi-based preferred).

Budget & Timeline:

We expect to contract for ~2 months. Exact budget will be discussed based on scope and deliverables. We will aim to start by 1
st
November 2025 and wrap up by 25
th
December 2025.
