Buying Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Buying Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing metal scrap from various suppliers to achieve a daily business target of 1 ton. This role demands strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with scrap dealers and industrial suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source quality metal scrap from reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive prices and ensure transparent, profitable deals.
• Achieve daily business targets of 1 ton of scrap procurement.
• Maintain supplier records and update purchase transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely material movement.
• Track market trends and report daily scrap prices and competitor activity.
• Build strong business relationships to expand procurement channels.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass or Equivalent)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in scrap buying, trading, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet daily business goals and work independently.
• Knowledge of metal scrap categories and market rates preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• Incentives: High performance-based incentives
