Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Head for a senior-level position at our Guwahati location. This is a full-time role focused on overseeing academic strategies, enhancing educational programs, and ensuring high educational standards. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills and the capability to manage both curriculum and faculty development.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • lead and guide the academic team to foster an environment of academic excellence and innovative teaching methods.
  • develop and oversee the implementation of curriculum standards, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and industry requirements.
  • conduct regular student assessments and analyze results to inform instructional adjustments and improve student outcomes.
  • provide training and professional development opportunities for educators to enhance teaching expertise and instructional quality.
  • collaborate with stakeholders to formulate educational policies that support the institution's mission and educational goals.
  • leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions about program modifications and resource allocation.
