Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. - 5 to 10 years of industry experience, including SAP business system transformation programs. - Knowledge in the Life Sciences Industry. - Ability to lead culturally diverse teams, think innovatively, and adapt to changing requirements and technologies. - Continuous learning, problem-solving, and ensuring the highest quality in work delivered.
