Role Overview: As a Platform Engineer at Astellas Pharma Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving digital initiatives forward within the agile organization. By leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen, and understanding of platforms like CRM, ERP, SCM, Clinical, Patient Safety, and Quality Management Solutions, you will ensure optimization to support business goals and enhance efficiency. You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of the organization. System integration will be a key responsibility to ensure seamless data flow and business processes. Monitoring platform performance, providing user support and training, executing initiatives, and collaborating with team members are also essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet organizational needs. - Ensure seamless data flow and business processes through system integration. - Monitor platform performance and provide user support and training. - Execute digital initiatives and collaborate effectively with team members. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. - 5 to 10 years of industry experience, including SAP business system transformation programs. - Knowledge in the Life Sciences Industry. - Ability to lead culturally diverse teams, think innovatively, and adapt to changing requirements and technologies. - Continuous learning, problem-solving, and ensuring the highest quality in work delivered.
