Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate
Visual Designer

to join our Chennai team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who loves working across a range of design disciplines — from static social media creatives and motion graphics to branding and UI/UX projects.

As part of our collaborative environment, you'll also work closely with internal teams to deliver designs that not only look great but also align with our clients' goals and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling
    social media posts, carousel creatives, brand collaterals

, and marketing designs.
- Design and animate
motion graphics, reels, and short videos

.
- Develop
branding elements, logo variations, and visual style guides

.
- Contribute to
UI/UX wireframes and prototypes

for websites or applications.
- Collaborate with content strategists, motion artists, and social media managers to execute integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends and propose fresh ideas to elevate our clients' brands.
- Be ready to take on other reasonable design tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (
    Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

), Figma, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to design for both static and dynamic platforms.
- Understanding of basic animation principles and video editing is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
