Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Associate based in Nagpur. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining communication with the warehouse and customers, and resolving any delivery issues. Daily tasks include loading and unloading goods, verifying delivery addresses, handling delivery documentation, and adhering to company protocols and safety standards.

• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges
• Prior experience in logistics or delivery services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
