Job Objective: the objective of this role is to resolve B2B client queries through calls/ chat/ email.

Job Description:

  • Handle client communications by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Moderate content and maintain overall hygiene of the website/reports.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement product / online listing.
  • Develops good understanding of critical SLAs, TAT and process SOPs.
  • Capable of achieving steep Productivity and Quality targets on chat/email.
