  • Flutter & Dart: solid experience delivering real apps.
  • State management: confident with Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
  • Adaptive UI: can build interfaces that respond to user and device context.
  • Integration: integrates with APIs, authentication, and deployment basics.
  • Architecture & logic: strong systems thinking and problemsolving foundations.
  • Crossplatform awareness (nice to have): exposure to React Native and/or Ionic + Angular; able to translate patterns across frameworks when needed.

Baseline Requirement: Ability to build and deliver productionready Flutter applications with solid state management and adaptive UI with readiness to operate in crossplatform environments when required.
