We are seeking highly skilled and design-oriented Senior Architects with proven expertise in luxury residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead projects from concept to execution, with a strong understanding of architectural detailing, interiors, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and execution of high-end residential (luxury homes, villas, bespoke residences) and hospitality projects (hotels, resorts).
  • Develop innovative design concepts and oversee detailed drawings, presentations, and working documentation.
  • Ensure high-quality integration of architecture, interiors, faade, and FF&E.
  • Coordinate with consultants for structural, MEPFF systems, and service integration.
  • Manage project complexities and deliver solutions aligned with design intent.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations while maintaining design excellence.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall design growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a reputed institute.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality design with leading firms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design depth, attention to detail, and execution finesse.
  • Proficiency in design and technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, MEPFF coordination, and interior integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to lead independently as well as collaborate in teams.
