Role & responsibilities

On call support to Store/Office/Warehouse: Address calls assigned to him/her as per agreed SLA. Once call

resolved, he/she need to provide all details before closing the call.

  • Vendor Management: Coordination with registered vendor for any IT device repair.
  • Hygiene check: Need to perform hygiene check as required to maintain IT equipment uptime.
  • Projects: work on projects which are related to IT and perform assigned job as per timeline.
  • Maintaining healthy relationship with customers & adherence of company laid process & policies.
  • Proper adherence & effective utilization of Tool Management
  • Extensive Travel within the City / outside cities
  • Working on Holidays/Festivals/Late Hours / Night

Preferred candidate profile

Skills and Knowledge

  • Troubleshoot desktop and laptop, PoS issues and resolve.
  • Knowledge of LAN & WAN
  • Knowledge of SQL,
  • Knowledge of Router and AP basic configuration and troubleshooting (L0).
  • Knowledge on mail configuration
  • Should be able to install OS like Windows7/Windows10/ Linux etc.
  • Person with 2-Wheeler preferred

Other Experience

Working knowledge of MS Products Excel, Word & Power Point

Written and Verbal Skills English , Hindi & Local Language
