Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Direct Sales Manager (ADSM) located in Nagpur. The ADSM will be responsible for managing and developing insurance sales within the assigned area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure effective service delivery.

• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and goals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Relevant experience in insurance or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
