Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and drive the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical, high-availability cloud solutions on Azure.
• Set and enforce engineering standards, pushing the team towards continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Lead large-scale migrations and modernization initiatives, decommissioning legacy systems in Favor of cloud-native architectures.
• Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks in system performance, scalability, and security.
• Own technical risk management, making decisive calls on architecture, tooling, and process.
• Directly engage with executive stakeholders, translating business vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture through mentorship, hands-on leadership, and rigorous code reviews.
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge Azure services and .NET features to maintain a competitive technical edge.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical production issues, ensuring rapid resolution and learning.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in C# and advanced multithreading/concurrency patterns.
• Deep expertise in architecting and developing distributed, microservices-based systems on Azure (AKS, Service Fabric, Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus).
• Proven track record with zero-downtime deployments, blue/green and canary releases.
• Strong command of security at scale: managed identities, RBAC, encryption, secure networking, and compliance.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency data solutions (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Redis, Event Hubs).
• Expert in monitoring, observability, and proactive alerting (App Insights, Log Analytics, custom telemetry).
• Ability to evaluate, adopt, and evangelize emerging Azure technologies and .NET advancements.
• Strong leadership in technical crisis management and post-mortem analysis.

Exceptional communication skills, able to influence at all levels and drive consensus on complex technical decisions.

We are looking for Graduates (B.Sc/M.Sc Computer Science, B.CA/ MCA, B.E )  with demonstrated ability in Application architecture, design and development.
