Key Responsibilities:· Study the current cross business processes and identify the opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness and business excellence· Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and execution of business excellence initiatives across teams· Work with different internal stakeholders to progress on the business excellence projects / initiatives· Monitor and periodically report the progress and measure impact of the agreed initiatives / projects· Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align the business excellence function efforts with AOP and larger business objectives· Drive business improvement strategies based on customer feedback and market trends. RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:· 7 -10 year of experience in either sales, product development, Technology or business operations. Great to have someone from the "Conversational AI" space· Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders in cross functional initiatives· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Good understanding of industry trends in Generative AI Industry· High on Influencing and collaboration skills.· Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a keen attention to detail.· A highly inclusive work culture that promotes a relaxed, creative, and productive environment.· Practice autonomy, open communication, growth opportunities, while maintaining a perfect work -life balance.
