The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the West Bengal sales function through effective coordination with internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders. This role involves managing commercial operations, maintaining trackers and portals, analyzing sales data, and ensuring smooth order processing and billing.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Sales Coordination with branch sales teams, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely order execution and issue resolution.
  • Manage order processing from receipt to billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Prepare regular MIS reports for review.
  • Maintain and update sales portals and trackers to reflect real-time data and progress.
  • Assist in Commercial operations, pricing, invoicing, and other commercial activities as required.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Education : B.Com/M.Com
  • 7-8 Years of experience in Sales Support and Sales Coordination, data analysis, billing, other commercial operations
  • Expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and Word
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills (English, Hindi Bengali)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates having working experience in Manufacturing, Agri-input industry will be added advantage.
  • Candidates from Kolkata will be preferred.
