ERPNext Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Consultant who possesses end-to-end knowledge of ERPNext core modules and can independently handle the configuration, workflow setup, demonstration, and documentation of ERPNext-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging with clients, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring smooth deployment and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement core ERPNext modules including Accounts, HRMS, Payroll, Projects, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Deep end to end knowledge of these modules.
• Create and manage custom Doctypes, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Design and configure dynamic approval workflows and notifications.
• Perform data migration, user setup, and master data configuration.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and document process flows.
• Provide demonstrations, user training, and UAT support for ERPNext implementations.
• Collaborate with the technical team for custom app development, integrations, and API-based extensions.
• Maintain project documentation including SRS, user manuals, test cases, and deployment notes.
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support Go-Live and post-implementation stabilization activities.
