About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and curious Data Analyst who loves turning complex academic data into clear, actionable

insights. You will play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions across our academic and product teams, automating

dashboards, and enabling smarter, faster outcomes. If you enjoy working with SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, and collaborating

with both developers and academicians to solve real-world problems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:


• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources including LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Google

Classroom) and internal databases.


• Build, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau to visualize trends, patterns, and

performance metrics.


• Collaborate with developers to design data pipelines and backend APIs for real-time dashboard updates.


• Analyze user behavior, academic results, and engagement data to support prescriptive and predictive analytics.


• Work closely with academicians and product teams to develop statistical and regression models that enhance

academic efficiency and product impact.


• Identify hidden trends and actionable insights in academic and operational data, helping leadership make

informed decisions.


• Suggest and implement process improvements in data collection, reporting, and visualization.


• Deliver data extracts and updates according to Data Extraction Reports (DERs) and Data Change Requests

(DCRs).

Skills and Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in education, edtech, or product-driven environments.


• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.


• Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau; familiarity with Excel for advanced reporting.


• Python experience for backend API interactions and automation is a plus.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with keen attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical
