Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed
    2D drawings

    based on design concepts and project requirements.
  • Produce high-quality
    renders, animations, and walkthroughs
    for presentations and marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and deliver visual solutions.
  • Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera setups to create realistic visualisations.
  • Use
    software like 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
    to produce visuals.
  • Revise designs and renderings based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized project files, render assets, and visual libraries.
  • Keep up to date with latest visualization trends, software updates, and techniques.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (
    3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
    ).
  • Good knowledge of
    2D drawing software
    like AutoCAD or Illustrator.
  • Experience in
    post-production tools
    like Photoshop for rendering corrections.

Educational Qualification
