Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Offshore Account Management Professional to manage and nurture client relationships, coordinate offshore project deliveries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication between onshore clients and offshore teams to drive successful project execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned offshore client accounts.
  • Manage client relationships by understanding their business needs, expectations, and challenges.
  • Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, updates, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and support teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between clients and offshore teams.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
  • Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and new business proposals.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to account activities and client interactions.

Required Skills:

  • 3-7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or offshore operations.
  • Strong understanding of offshore delivery models and IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
