Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in departmental activities including curriculum development, student evaluation, and faculty meetings.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members on projects related to teaching, research, or consultancy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized university with 2-7 years of experience in academia or industry (for Assistant Professor) or Ph.D. with 0-5 years of experience (for Associate Professor).
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, marketing, operations, human resource management, business analytics etc.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and collaboration with colleagues.
