Were looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage our education institutes social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content that connects with students, parents, and educators, while supporting enrollment goals and promoting institutional events, programs, and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily posting and community engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Create and publish content related to admissions, events, student life, faculty insights, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop educational, informative, and inspiring content.
  • Monitor and respond to queries, comments, and messages across channels.
  • Coordinate live sessions, webinars, and virtual events on social media.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and submit regular reports.
  • Stay up to date with trends in education marketing and social media best practices.
  • Assist with paid promotions and boosting of posts targeting student demographics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of social media management experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong content writing and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how it applies to social media content.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to multitask and manage content calendars for different departments/programs.

We're seeking a Senior Social Media Executive who can lead and optimize our social media strategy to enhance the brand image of our education institute and drive student engagement. The role involves strategic planning, content innovation, and performance analysis, while managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement long-term social media strategies aligned with the institution's marketing and enrollment objectives.
  • Lead content planning across platforms to showcase academic programs, faculty achievements, alumni success, campus life, and events.
  • Coordinate with academic departments, admissions, and PR teams to gather stories and build campaign narratives.
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns (lead generation, event promotion, etc.).
  • Mentor and oversee junior executives and content contributors.
  • Monitor social media trends in the education industry and apply best practices to enhance performance.
  • Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to improve audience targeting, content quality, and engagement.
  • Act as a brand guardian on social channels, ensuring consistent tone, message, and visual identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education or ed-tech space.
  • Strong leadership, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and campaign management tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies for student recruitment via social platforms.
