Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in consulting or contract-based roles).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0, process modeling, and requirement management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
