We are launching a YouTube channel and are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can also manage camera and audio setup during shoots. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative side of content production and wants to grow with a fast-moving digital brand.

Responsibilities

  • Video Editing:
  • Edit YouTube videos (talking head, vlogs, podcasts, reels/shorts, etc.) with engaging storytelling, transitions, text overlays, music, and effects.
  • Optimize content for YouTube audience engagement (retention, pacing, captions).
  • Repurpose long-form videos into short clips for Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts.
  • Camera & Audio Setup:
  • Operate DSLR/Mirrorless camera during shoots.
  • Set up tripods, lights, and microphones for high-quality recordings.
  • Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality.
  • Creative Input:
  • Collaborate on script flow, scene planning, and shot composition.
  • Suggest creative ideas for thumbnails, intros, and video styles.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Understanding of YouTube trends, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Prior experience with YouTube channels or social media content is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Graphic design/thumbnail creation skills (Photoshop/Canva).
  • Basic motion graphics/animations.
  • Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
