About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and SEO analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the company's organic visibility, driving targeted traffic, and optimizing our digital presence across search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis using SEO tools.
  • Perform on-page optimization: meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure, schema markup, etc.
  • Execute off-page activities including link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or international SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and copywriting for SEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
