Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the Building Materials industry to drive sales growth and market expansion in Barpeta and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be well-connected with a strong dealer/distributor network and a background in handling private and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers
  • Expand and manage a strong dealer/distributor network across Assam and Northeast
  • Identify, track, and pursue private and government project opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth territory mapping based on segment, application, and market potential
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular feedback to the management team

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Building Materials, Construction, or Real Estate sector)
  • Strong network of Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors
  • Proven ability in business development, negotiations, and relationship management
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
