Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Merchandiser role based on-site at our Noida location. The Senior Merchandiser's responsibilities include developing and managing product lines, coordinating with design teams, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring quality control. Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, the role requires managing procurement strategies, analyzing market trends, and creating reports to optimize sales performance. The role also involves collaborating to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong product development, production coordination, and supply chain management skills
  • Expertise in client relationship management, vendor negotiation, and team collaboration
  • In-depth understanding of market analysis, sales optimization, and pricing strategies
  • Proficiency in quality control, attention to detail, and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience in the textile, apparel, or luxury goods industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field is an added advantage
