Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant HR Manager at Lords Hotels & Resorts, located in Anklesvar. The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The role includes supporting organizational objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee needs while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage HR Policies effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to team management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or certification in HR is a plus)
  • Relevant work experience in HR roles is preferred
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
