What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using tools like Cloud Dataflow, Apache Beam or Spark and BigQuery .
• Data Integration: Integrate various data sources into unified data warehouses or lakes, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Data Transformation: Transform raw data into analyzable formats using tools like dbt (data build tool) and Dataflow.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Data Governance: Implement data quality standards, validation checks, and anomaly detection mechanisms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of workflows and adhere to coding standards.

What were looking for

• Proficiency in **Python/ PySpark and SQL for data processing and querying.
• Expertise in GCP services like BigQuery , Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud composure and Dataflow.
• Good knowledge of snowflake, have completed one working project in snowflake not just snowflake migration
• Familiarity with Datawarehouse and lake house principles and distributed data architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
• Certification : GCP Professional Data engineer
