Role Overview

We are looking for a
detail-oriented Data Entry Operator
to join our growing team in
Ahmedabad
.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating operational data within the KiarX system, ensuring accuracy and reliability that directly supports real-time decision-making across sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update operational and field data accurately into company systems.
  • Verify, cross-check, and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal teams and management.
  • Support administrative and documentation-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with field and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company data standards.

Qualification

  • Proficient in
    typing, computer usage, and MS Office tools (especially Excel)
    .
  • Strong
    attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and coordination
    skills.
  • Prior experience in
    data entry or administrative roles
    preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
    ; certification in computer or data management is an advantage.
