Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer in Real Estate at Sammy's Dreamland Co., Pvt. Ltd. The role involves creating graphics, graphic design, Video editing, logo design, branding, and typography for various projects within the real estate sector. The position is located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling creatives for digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google ads, emailers, etc.).
  • Edit and produce video content including short-form reels, promotional videos, tutorials, and more.
  • Add animations, motion graphics, and special effects to videos when needed
  • Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and other offline marketing materials.
  • Develop branding elements for real estate projects (logos, themes, signage, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Edit photos and videos for use on digital platforms and promotional content.
  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize a digital asset library for easy access and version control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design work.
  • Understanding of digital formats, printing standards, and web/social media design specs.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual storytelling.
