Key Responsibilities

  • Work with SMEs and process owners to gather requirements, document processes, and design automation workflows.
  • Develop UiPath automation solutions for SAP, SaaS-based applications, and database-related processes.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Automate processes using SAP BAPIs, database connections, and APIs (SOAP/REST).
  • Collaborate with senior developers on multiple projects, ensuring delivery meets business requirements.
  • Support on-call production issues, adhering to structured change control processes.
  • Map and design process flow diagrams using tools like Visio.
  • Participate in testing, UAT sessions, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Intelligent Automation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in UiPath development and RPA lifecycle (Define, Develop, Deploy).
  • UiPath Automation Developer certification (Associate/Professional/Advanced).
  • Strong DBMS (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and PL/SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP automation using BAPIs.
  • Knowledge of API development/consumption.
  • Experience in process documentation and mapping.
  • Exposure to CPG industry processes like STP, PTP, OTC, and RTR.
  • Agile mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good-to-Have

  • AI/ML exposure (future capability requirement).
  • Experience with SaaS-based application automation.
  • Knowledge of Visio or similar tools.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid model (34 days onsite in Bangalore).
  • Mostly regular shifts with occasional on-call production support.
