Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dotnet Lead to join our team. As a Dotnet Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the .Net development team, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working on the Microsoft .Net stack and SQL Server
  • Strong knowledge of database design concepts and Normalization concepts
  • Troubleshooting and resolving database issues, including working with stored procedures and functions
  • Optimizing large, complicated SQL statements
  • Collaborating with direct customers to understand their requirements and delivering solutions accordingly
  • Troubleshooting web applications and resolving any issues
  • Utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in .Net development, ASP.Net, and .Net Core
  • Proficiency in C# and SQL Server
  • Experience with REACT JS and web API implementation is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking ability with a demonstrated sense of responsibility
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
