Job Description:

  • Good clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Good project management and basic account finance skills
  • Good customer management skills
  • Excellent process and documentation skills
  • Good working skills in multi-client support model.
  • Good understanding of contracts and vendor management
  • Good IT process knowledge (like ITIL)
  • Good knowledge of one or more security compliance standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, etc)

Technical:

  • Basic Active Directory and LDAP Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of server administration, Deployment processes.
  • Basic Database experience - IBM DB2 on Windows/Linux preferred
  • Microfocus Cobol support experience preferred
  • AWS Experience
  • Basic software development / SDLC understanding
  • Experience with Service Management Tools (Service Now Preferred)
