About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and onboard new key accounts across trade and institutional segments.

  • Present company products as premium, high-return options within the competitive market space.

  • Drive primary sales growth through effective relationship management and smart deal structuring.

  • Collaborate internally for smooth supply, pricing, and commercial coordination.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B pharma or FMCG healthcare sales.

  • Strong connections with distributors, institutional buyers, and healthcare channel partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quick conversions and sustainable business volumes.

  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven professional with a strong business sense.
