Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
SCADA Engineer
with a strong background in design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting SCADA software, PLC/DCS integration, communication protocols, and field instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, configure, and implement SCADA systems for industrial automation projects.

·      Integrate SCADA with PLC/DCS systems for real-time process monitoring and control.

·      Develop and optimize HMI graphics, alarms, trends, and reporting dashboards.

·      Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).

·      Execute FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.

·      Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for client SCADA systems.

·      Prepare and maintain technical documents, design specifications, and as-built drawings.

·      Work closely with Instrumentation, Electrical, and IT/Networking teams for smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      BE in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering.

·      Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SCADA system engineering.

·      Proficiency in one or more SCADA platforms such as Wonderware, Siemens WinCC, GE iFIX, Citect, or Ignition.

·      Knowledge of PLC/DCS platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, etc.).

·      Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and networking.

·      Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SCADA systems.

·      Willingness to travel for project execution.
