Roles & Responsibilities

1) Inspection Activity

a) To Perform Inspection of inward raw material on sampling basis.

b) To perform in-process inspection of semi-finished goods on sampling basis at regular intervals.

c) To perform Final inspection of finished goods of dispatch is scheduled.

2) Maintaining MIS records of Quality

a) To maintain records of Incoming inspection for the inspection performed.

b) To ensure inprocess inspection report of critical process like pretreatment & powder coating is maintained.

c) To maintain records of Final Inspection performed.

d) To keep records of testing of SS samples, calibration of Instruments, compressors, fire extinguishers, ETP sludge disposition records.

e) To maintain records related to safety as per record list of Environment, health & safety.

f) To maintain records of CE related documents like Product manual & technical files of product.

g) To maintain MIS records of risk assessment, CAPA etc by collecting it from respective departments.

3) Calibration & testing activity

a) To sent samples of SS Material /MS/Powder coating for testing purpose.

b) To send Instruments for calibration purpose before calibration Expiry dates.

c) To ensure measuring instruments are working as per intended use.

d) To ensure Sludge of ETP is disposed on time.

4) Improvement Activities

a) To conduct training for shop floor workers, Staff on quality practices, awareness training on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, CE, quality improvement techniques etc.

b) To work on rejections as they arise by identifying root cause of the rejection, taking necessary correction & corrective action by discussing it with relevant department.

c) To perform analysis of customer complaints & take necessary action to eliminate the root cause of the complaint.

d) Timely conduct Safety mock drills & gives necessary training on standard safety practices to be followed.

Qualification- Diploma / B.E in mechanical Engineering

Total Experience - 0-2 yrs (Freshers can Apply)
