Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to manage a brand's online presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, visuals, and messaging for campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Generate actionable insights and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Use data to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Budget Management
  • Plan and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and others.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong skills in content creation and branding.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
