Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR modules. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management, along with proven experience in AI-based HR solutions, particularly Oracle Digital Assistant. This role involves designing and implementing AI-driven use cases that enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR.
  • Provide functional knowledge of Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and other HCM modules.
  • Analyze business needs and design AI-based HR solutions to improve efficiency and engagement.
  • Implement and configure Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) for HR use cases such as recruitment chatbots, employee self-service, and query resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify day-to-day AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure system compliance, best practices, and smooth integration with other HR systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR.
  • Good understanding of Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and other HCM modules.
  • Proven expertise in AI-based HR use cases and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) implementations.
  • Knowledge of practical day-to-day AI applications in HR processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations.
  • Exposure to HR analytics and predictive modeling.
