We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient E-Commerce Manager to lead the development, optimization, and performance of our online sales platforms. This role combines strategic oversight of e-commerce operations with hands-on experience in website development and user experience design. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.

 
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Development

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the e-commerce website.
• Collaborate with developers to implement new features and optimize site performance.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento, Shopify) and coordinate backend integrations.

 
E-Commerce Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase online revenue.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion, and cart abandonment.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility.

 
Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, IT, UX/UI, and customer service teams to align digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

 
Digital Marketing & SEO

• Support SEO/SEM strategies and content optimization.
• Collaborate on email campaigns, social media promotions, and affiliate marketing.

 
Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Data Studio to track performance.
• Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 2 years in website development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with CMS platforms and e-commerce tools (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, UX Design, or E-Commerce platforms.
