Job Description

We are a market data company specializing in ultra-low-latency, high-frequency realtime data distribution, persistence, and market data distribution platforms. Our core focus is on building high-performance market data platforms alongside advanced high frequency trading systems, including Execution Management Systems (EMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) leveraging the FIX protocol. Our systems are engineered in C++, with a strong emphasis on multi-threaded architectures, lock-free data structures, efficient memory management, and highthroughput messaging. We solve complex challenges in real-time market data ingestion, normalization, distribution, and persistence, enabling mission-critical trading workflows. Key Responsibilities


• Develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code for critical trading systems.


• Build low-latency, multi-threaded applications optimized for real-time performance.


• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality features.


• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous optimization processes.


• Ensure adherence to software design principles, coding standards, and agile development methodologies.


• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical insights to improve system scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelors or above degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Cogencis Information classification: Official
• 5+ years of experience in modern C++ development (C++11/14/17 or higher).


• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.


• Hands-on experience with STL, Boost libraries, and multi-threaded programming.


• Experience in network programming, socket-level communication, and real-time data processing.


• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for database integration and queries.


• Familiarity with low-latency, high-frequency trading systems or real-time financial applications.
• Expertise in memory management, performance tuning, and latency optimization.


• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and system-level programming.


• Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience working with exchange APIs, dark pools, and liquidity providers.


• Understanding of quantitative trading models and risk management.


• Exposure to big data technologies, AI/ML in trading, or blockchain-based platforms.


• Experience with Kafka, Redis, Aeron, or similar ultra-low-latency messaging systems.


• Knowledge of global trading regulations such as MiFID II, SEC, and related compliance standards.


• Scripting knowledge in Python or Bash for automation and quick prototypin
