  • Coordinate with vendors and handle negotiations.
  • Manage client interactions with professionalism.
  • Explore & apply AI tools for innovation in events.
  • Bring a positive, creative, and solution-driven mindset.

Qualification & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • Prior experience in event management / creative concept development preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, research skills, and familiarity with AI-based creative tools.

Preferred Location: Pune

Full-time | On-site role

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on performance)
