Your Role

• Conduct all BMS commissioning phases: Pre-functional, Functional, and Integrated Systems Testing
• Perform software/hardware integration with third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects, supporting other trades and contractors
• Develop, test, and commission BMS control programs based on detailed Sequences of Operation
• Oversee Site Acceptance Tests and demonstrate systems to consultants and clients
• Fine-tune system parameters to meet design intent and maximize energy efficiency
• Manage installation teams and day-to-day site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate with the commissioning manager and document all commissioning activities
• Ensure all technical documentation, QA/QC protocols, and HSE compliance are maintained
• Control drawing management and track updates for as-built submissions
• Record team efficiencies and report delays, constraints, or deviations
• Oversee handover documentation, including spares, warranty details, and compliance statements

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on commissioning experience, especially in BMS and integrated systems
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Proven success handling teams, budgets, and project timelines
• Ability to work under pressure with autonomy and precision
• Familiar with project specifications, construction drawings, and commercial coordination
