As a Software Developer, you will play an active role in building and enhancing product features within a fast-paced, product-focused environment. You'll contribute to both frontend and backend development depending on your strengths, while collaborating closely with a highly driven engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical foundations, sound database knowledge, and hands-on experience in ReactJS or Django—or both. Your work will directly impact product quality, performance, and customer experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development & Engineering

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy new product features across frontend or backend modules.
  • Contribute to ReactJS components, UI development, and state-management workflows.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize APIs using Django/Django REST Framework.
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases to design schema, write efficient queries, and support data-driven modules.

Collaboration & Code Quality

  • Work closely with peers in an agile, collaborative setup.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in regular code reviews and contribute to improving coding practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug complex scenarios, and ensure smooth release cycles.

Adaptability & Product Enhancement

  • Support the development of client-specific modules involving custom logic, workflows, and data transformation.
  • Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and engineering techniques that strengthen the product.
  • Help improve product stability, performance, and usability through thoughtful engineering.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You have minimum 1 year of experience working in a product-based engineering environment.
  • You possess strong fundamentals in Maths and Science, reflecting strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • You understand relational databases well, preferably PostgreSQL, and can work comfortably with queries and schemas.
  • You're experienced with ReactJS, Django, or both—and eager to grow across the stack.
  • You have experience building APIs or frontend components with clean architecture and good coding principles.
  • You are comfortable working with agile teams and enjoy collaborating with peers to solve problems.
  • You are curious, proactive, and excited to learn new technologies, especially within a dynamic, startup-driven culture.
  • Familiarity with Dockerized applications is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy contributing to a supportive and growth-focused engineering team.
