We are seeking a dynamic Non-IT & IT Recuiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate positions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling high-volume hiring, meeting business deadlines and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.
End-to-End Recruitment
:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for head office roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to joining.

2.
Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with corporate function heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Align recruitment priorities with business goals and TAT expectations.

3.
Sourcing Strategies:

  • Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.

4.
Candidate Experience & Documentation:

  • Ensure a smooth interview process and positive candidate experience.
  • Collect and verify documents for background checks and onboarding.

5.
Hiring Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track hiring funnel, offer-to-join ratio, and TAT.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly dashboards.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or any relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT & IT recruitment.
  • Experience in Corporate Hiring
  • Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
