Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the collections department.

Consolidate and analyze collection performance data from different regions/zones.

Track bucket-wise, DPD-wise, and agency performance on a regular basis.

Ensure timely and accurate data upload, validation, and reconciliation.

Generate banking TAT, PTP, and recovery performance reports for management review.

Coordinate with collection managers, field executives, and finance team for accurate data input.

Prepare and publish dashboards and presentations for management meetings.

Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Assist in developing new MIS formats and automation processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

25 years of experience in Collections MIS (NBFC / Banking / Finance industry preferred).

Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard creation) and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of collection metrics and performance indicators.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple reports and deadlines efficiently.

Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
