This role will be working out of our Indore office 5 days a week.

Vena Solutions is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that operates within the corporate performance management software market. Our mission is to empower FP&A heroes and elevate the strategic office of finance to help businesses Plan Better and Achieve More. We're seeking a creative, results-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to join our India Team. Reporting to the Senior SEO Manager, the Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, curating and managing high-quality content for a variety of digital platforms, including elevating our social media presence and strengthening our community to build brand awareness and drive user engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for storytelling and staying on top of industry trends. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategies, SEO, Social Media and audience engagement, as well as the ability to work independently.

• Create, edit and audit engaging and informative content across multiple formats, including blog posts, articles, web copy, social media posts, email and more.
• Write, edit and proofread post captions and content for grammar, style, accuracy, and readability and to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice.
• Schedule and post social media content across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Research industry trends, keywords, and competitor content to ensure content relevance
  
  and effectiveness.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine ranking.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords effectively into content.
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product) to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Collaborate asynchronously with other content creators to meet content production
  
  goals.
• Contribute to content brainstorms and ideation, bringing on-trend ideas forward.
• Assist with social listening, pulling data on what people are saying about Vena across
  
  channels (Meltwater).

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush,
  
  Ahrefs, etc.).
• Experience using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well
  
  as supporting tools (Sprout, Meltwater, etc).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and the ability to
  
  adapt tone and messaging to different platforms and audiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge of content
  
  marketing strategies and trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with colleagues in different
  
  time zones.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies.
• Experience with remote project management tools (e.g., MS Planner).
• Experience with analytic tools (Meltwater, Semrush/ Ahrefs, Sprout Social or other research & social listening tools).
