Role Description

The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in overseeing operations, coordinating government projects, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include executing strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The candidate will also collaborate across departments to drive efficiency, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for government business

  • Proficiency in team management, leadership, and effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with electrical and electronic equipment or industrial switchgear manufacturing processes
  • Project coordination skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and quality assurance protocols
  • Professional experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or project management
  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
