About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
with strong creative vision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate will lead visual design projects, guide junior designers, and collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver compelling visuals that strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital and print media (social media, websites, ads, brochures, presentations, etc.).
  • Lead end-to-end design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Prepare design briefs, storyboards, and mockups for client and internal presentations.
  • Work with vendors or printing agencies to ensure production accuracy and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
    , and
    Figma/Canva
    .
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback and manage projects independently.
  • Portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and design expertise.
